Returns & Exchanges

We strive for excellence in every piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your Joseph Klibansky fashion purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
